Lloyd A. Fry Foundation Announces New Grant Application and Reporting Procedures

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting grant proposals, grant reports and letters of inquiry through email.

On Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014, the Lloyd A. Fry Foundation invited a focus group of grantees to discuss their experiences with the Fry Foundation’s application process and recommendations for improvement. During that meeting, grantees indicated a strong preference for web-based applications, as well as an ability to send grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant reports by email.

In response to this feedback, staff at the Fry Foundation have been researching potential web-based applications. As we continue to explore several options, we will be sure to keep you updated on our final decision and any procedural changes. Until then, starting next cycle (March 1, 2015), the Fry Foundation will accept letters of inquiry, proposals, and grant reports via email.

All Letters of Inquiry and Proposals can be submitted to applications(at)fryfoundation.org. Grant reports should be submitted to reports(at)fryfoundation.org. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after submitting your materials, call our offices at 312-580-0310.
